Hello! I hope you are well.
I am incredibly lucky to have friends that I’ve met and gathered close to me over the years. I bought the Everlasting Beauty stamp set mainly for the sentiments, especially the one I’ve used on today’s card…
Friendship really is a blessing and I certainly have the pick of the bunch with my closest friends!
As well as lovely sentiments with a gorgeous script font, the Everlasting Beauty stamp set has some beautiful flowers too.
I stamped the floral image onto a piece of Very Vanilla card with Versamark ink, added gold embossing powder and heat set it. I then blended some Lemon Lolly ink over and around it. I coloured the flower with Blackberry Bliss and the stem and leaves with Old Olive Stampin’ Blends.
I stamped the sentiment with Blackberry Bliss ink and speckled the layer with my Blackberry Bliss blends too. I added a bow and some gold Iridescent Pastel Gems. Finally I added this to my Backberry Bliss card base, along with another piece of Very Vanilla card inside.
I love the subtle shine you still get from the gold heat embossing…
I hope you like today’s card and will perhaps give it a try too.
