The Right Triangle Purple Patchwork card

Hello everyone.

Today I’ve used the Right Triangle stamp set and the Stitched Triangle dies to create a card that reminds me of the patchwork I attempted way back in my school days…

I am not proficient at sewing so this card was WAY easier for me to make than actual patchwork, lol.

I stamped the images from the Right Triangle set using Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape inks onto Whisper White card then cut them with the Stitched Triangle dies. These products can be purchased separately but you save 10% if you buy them in a bundle – see the product list at the end of this post for details.

I mounted the triangles onto a piece of Whisper White card and trimmed it to fit, then backed it with a piece of Gorgeous Grape card measuring 14.2 x 5 cm and then Highland Heather card measuring 14.5 x 6 cm.

I cut Whisper White Thick card to measure 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded it on the long side at 10.5 cm, to create my card base. I stamped this with the cluster of little hearts along the top and bottom using Highland Heather ink. I then added my other layers on top.

I cut the little accent strip from Highland Heather card using one of the other dies from Stitched Triangles that was 1 cm wide. I trimmed the ends so the final piece measures 8.5 cm. I then stamped the sentiment from Itty Bitty Greetings using Gorgeous Grape ink onto Whisper White card, trimmed it to fit and popped it up with Stampin’ Dimensionals…

It was fun to just play around with patterns to create this card. I hope you like it.

I’ve listed the products I used below; showing the stamps and dies separately and as a bundle. You can click on any of the links to shop in my online Stampin’ Up! store.

If your order is under £150 please use this month’s Host Code so that I can give you a little extra gift in my Customer Thank You pack. Check out the Host Code page in the main menu for more information.

Happy crafting,
