Thoughtful Blooms for Mother’s Day

Hello.

Today’s card is a Mother’s Day card using some of the free products I have earned during Sale-A-Bration, along with a few of my current favourite products.

I don’t often mix and match stamps, dies etc but I had a lot of fun doing this card…

I stamped the flowers from the Thoughtful Blooms stamp set with Highland Heather ink first and Gorgeous Grape ink in the centre and then cut them with the Small Blooms punch. Both the stamp set and the punch were free products – my favourite price, lol!

To make it easier to get the flowers into a heart shape I used an old die to cut a heart from Whisper White card, you could use a punch from the Heart Punch Pack instead. I simply layered up the flowers onto my heart shape…

I added this to my standard card base made from Whisper White Thick card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm,

I stamped the sentiment from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in Gorgeous Grape ink onto Whisper White card and cut it with the oval from the Detailed Bands die set. I inked the edges with some Highland Heather ink.

I cut that gorgeous band from Highland Heather card. This is just one of a few beautiful dies from the Detailed Bands set. I added this to my card base and trimmed off the ends. I then added the oval I stamped earlier to the centre then placed on some Gingham Gala sequins.

I think is such a pretty card and you could easily swap out the sentiment for lots of other occasions.

I have listed the products I used below. Remember, the Thoughtful Blooms and Small Bloom punch can only be earned for FREE with qualifying orders during the Sale-A-Bration period that ends on 31 March 2020

Happy crafting,

Heather x
