Yesterday I shared the handmade gifts I recently sent to team mates and my lovely customers. Today it’s the turn of the cards I sent to my customers along with their gift and their free product if they used my Host Code…
When I made the hot chocolate gift packages, that I shared yesterday, I had lots of leftover pieces of the gorgeous Artfully Composed designer series paper. And I had some sheets that I hadn’t cut into at all so I used those for my background layer and chopped into the leftover pieces to add some horizontal strips to my card.
I used one of the Tropical Layers dies to cut the edge of one of the strips of paper.
I also added a piece of the Frayed White ribbon from the Artfully Composed suite that I frayed even more at one end.
I stamped that beautiful big leaf from Artfully Layered with Evening Evergreen ink onto Basic White card and cut it with the coordinating Tropical Layers die. I also stamped the sentiment from the same set with the same ink, but this time just trimmed the card to fit. Both of these elements were popped up with dimensionals.
Instead of adding bling I cut lots of those lovely little heart shaped leaves from more of the designer series paper and glued them to my card…
I love all the layers and texture in this card and I hope my customers did too.
