Hello! I think I should possibly confess at this stage that I’m totally LOVING the new Wildflower Birthday specialty designer series paper pack! Every time I use it, I love it even more! My latest card features lots of different elements from the pack. So, here’s my Happy Cake Day card…
I wanted to use lots of elements from the paper pack so I went BIG with my card!
My card base is Basic White Thick card that measures 10″ x 7″ , scored & folded on the long side at 5″. I added a layer of the gorgeous foiled Wildflower Birthday designer series paper measuring 4-3/4″ x 6-3/4″. Then I cut one of the panels from the sheet that has a whole lot of tags etc that you can chop up. This is the big tiered cake on a blue background. I also added some of the flowers and leaves from the pop out ephemera sheets in the pack.
The sentiment was stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink using stamps from Birthday Celebration and trimmed to fit or fussy cut. Finally I added some Iridescent Foil gems that tone in well with all that gorgeous gold foiling…
