Thoughtful Wishes split front card

Hello! I hope you are well. It has taken me a while to share today’s Thoughtful Wishes split front card with you. Mainly because I’ve been very distracted by the new products from the September to December 2024 mini catalogue. I need to make sure I don’t neglect the gorgeous Annual Catalogue products though. This is the card we made in our in person classes last month…

The front panel is split into 2 sections that are held together by a decorative panel. I added Thoughtful Wishes designer series paper to the 2 front panels and the inside of the card. There’s plenty of space to write a personal message on the back of the decorative panel…

The lovely ladies at our class had lots of fun getting creative with the designer series paper and the Thoughtful Wishes bundle. Their front decorative panels were all totally different and absolutely wonderful! I really wish that I’d taken some photographs to share with you all.

I had a spare class pack left over that I didn’t want to go to waste. So, I recorded a video while I created another Thoughtful Wishes split front card…

If you’d like to check out the YouTube tutorial for this fun fold card, please click on the image below…

Or if you prefer you can click here to pop over to YouTube and check out how to make this Thoughtful Wishes split front card. If you enjoy watching my video, I’d love you to give it a thumbs up and leave me a comment too. If you haven’t already subscribed to my channel, make sure you do so when you’re there; so you don’t miss out on future videos.

Here’s the card I made in the video…

I love that you get a whole layer of gorgeous designer series paper inside…

SUPPLIES

You can get all the metric measurements for today’s project by downloading this free PDF instruction sheet:

Thoughtful wishes cardDownload

I haven’t made this card with imperial measurements but I think a  card base of 4-1/4” x 7” would be scored on the long side at 5-1/2” plus another piece of 4-1/4” x 1-1/2” for the bottom should work. You would then add your DSP layers with 1/4″ or 1/2″ margins, whichever is your preference. The decorative panels (x2) would measure 4-1/8″ x 2-3/4″

SHOP THE PRODUCTS

I’ve listed the products I used for the card in today’s video below. You can click on any of the links in the Product List to visit that item in my online Stampin’ Up! store.
