InspireInk Blog Hop – colour challenge featuring Regency Park

Hello everyone.

Today I’m taking part in the InspireInk blog hop for March 2023, with my talented Pootlers team mates.

This month our theme is this colour challenge…

Wow! That’s a lot of colour, isn’t it? We didn’t have to use all of these colours but I did! I realised that all of these colours feature in the Regency Park designer series paper pack and I used a few scraps to create this card…

This is a great card layout to use up some leftover strips of your pretty papers. Each of the 3 strips are just 1.5 cm wide.

My sentiment comes from the Art Gallery stamp set and I simply stamped it parallel to the strips of paper, using Night of Navy ink.

I stamped the outlines of the flowers and leaves with Sweet Sorbet and Shaded Spruce inks and for the infill stamps I inked them up, stamped off onto a scrap of paper and then stamped over the outline images. I gave them a little bit of definition before glueing them to my card and finishing off with some pearls…
