Sweetest Christmas gift bag – Facebook Live replay

Hello! I hope you are well.

My friend Valerie and I did a live crafting event in our Crafty Scots Corner Facebook Group a yesterday evening. Valerie made a super cute shaker gift tag and I made this little gift bag that is perfect for a Christmas treat…

I used a piece of the Sweetest Christmas designer series paper as follows:

  • Trim paper to measure 9-1/2″ x 7″
    • score on the long side at 3″, 4-1/2″, 7-1/2″ and 9″
    • score on the short side at 1-1/2″ and 6″
    • score diagonal lines and cut as shown in the video

To decorate the gift bag I fussy cut 2 candy canes from the Sweetest Christmas DSP and added a sentiment from Christmas Scottie that I cut with the Stylish Shapes dies. I also used the awesome Very Best Trio punch on the corners of the flap and to add a hole for the ribbon.

My project is first up but please keep on watching to see Valerie’s cute project too.

I hope you like this quick and easy little gift idea! Why not join our Facebook Group and let us see what you make?
