Wishing You The Best Day Ever with New Horizons DSP

Hello, I hope you are well.

If you are a regular reader of this blog then you might already know that I love the New Horizons designer series paper pack! At the time of writing, it’s on sale and while stocks last you can grab a pack for just £7.52. The pack has a total of 48 double sided 6″ x 6″ sheets so that’s less than 16p a sheet – wow!

I’ve used the paper along with the new Stylish Shapes dies to create this square card…

This is a good way to use up scraps too. I cut pieces of foreground and distant hills to create this scene. With all the squares it’s a bit like a window with the most magical view!

My card base is Basic White Thick card measuring 10 x 5″, scored & folded on the long side at 5″. I then added a layer of Soft Succulent card measuring 4-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ and a layer of Basic White measuring 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″

The Stylish Shapes dies includes 5 squares. I used the middle sized one for my Soft Succulent card and the next smaller (2nd smallest overall) for my designer series paper.

The sentiment comes from Framed Occasions and I stamped with Soft Succulent ink onto Basic White card. These squares were added to the card with dimensionals…

I just love all the stitching detail you get with these dies.

I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s card and will try it out.
