Hello everyone.
I was tidying up my paper punches recently and realised that my Symmetrical Stems Border punch was a little bit dusty! I dusted it off and used it for today’s card…
From the same suite, I used the In Symmetry stamp set and the Sweet Symmetry designer series paper. My colours are Bumblebee, Soft Succulent and white.
I covered my entire card base with a piece of the designer series paper, but only after I’d added some of the beautiful Soft Succulent open weave ribbon to it, securing the ends on the back.
I cut a piece of Basic White card to measure 10 x 11 cm and then just chopped off the bottom 2 corners and then used my Detailed Trio punch to round the new corner. My cuts were not symmetrical on purpose, honest! lol
I then used the Symmetrical Stems Border punch to cut the 2 new sides of the white card. I also used it on some of the Soft Succulent Shimmer Vellum. I stamped the flower with Bumblebee ink and the rest with Soft Succulent ink.
The shimmer vellum leaves were glued to the designer series paper and the stamped card piece popped up with dimensionals…
Finally I added a bow to the ribbon and some rhinestones to the flower.
