My Sweet Symmetry card for the Pootlers team swap

Hello.

I love swaps! Although I miss swapping projects with friends at in person events, receiving swaps in the mail is a good compromise. In fact, it’s exciting waiting to see what arrives in the post.

I’m part of a large team of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators known as the Pootlers and we split into groups of 7 so that we can send out 6 projects and receive 6 in return. This time we’re using products from the May 2021 to April 2022 Annual Catalogue and I chose to use the Sweet Symmetry suite for my cards…

I used the In Symmetry stamp set with Flirty Flamingo, Just Jade & Night of Navy inks.

My card base is Basic White Thick card measuring 10.5 x 29 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 14.5 cm. I then added a layer of Flirty Flamingo card measuring 10 x 14 cm that I embossed with the Stitched Greenery die.

I added a strip of Sweet Symmetry designer series paper and used 2 different patterns for the cards I sent. Here’s the second one…

I added some of the gorgeous ribbon from the suite before I added my panel to the card base.

My stamped piece was cut with one of the Scalloped Contours dies and added to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I also added some stamping to my envelopes.

I hope the lovely ladies that received these cards like them. I love the swaps I received. I’ve got a blog post and video to show you what I got tomorrow, so I hope you’ll pop back to see them too.

I’ve listed the products I used for my cards below. You can click on any of the links to visit my online Stampin” Up! shop. When you shop with me as your demonstrator I’ll send you a handmade card and gift as a token of my appreciation. If your order is under £150 please use my current Host Code so that I can send you an extra gift in your customer thank you pack. See the Host Code page in the main menu for more details.

Happy crafting,

Heather x
