If you watched my latest YouTube video for my Berry Blessings gift bags and tags then you’ll know that I had a couple of strips of the Berry Delightful designer series paper left over. If you missed the video just click here to check it out.
Neither of the strips of paper were big enough to cover a card front so I improvised and chopped them up further to create these cards to coordinate with the bag…
Both card bases are Blackberry Bliss card cut to 29 x 10.5 cm, scored and folded at 14.5 cm. So you can get both from one A4 sheet.
For this card front I added 2 strips measuring 14 x 4 cm and another one measuring 14 x 2 cm…
I stamped the berries the same way as I did for my gift tag and this time fussy cut them. I stamped the sentiment from Berry Blessings with Blackberry Bliss ink on a scrap of Basic White card, then backed it with Blackberry Bliss card. I added this and the berries to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a piece of Basic White card inside that measures 10 x 14 cm and added 2 thin strips of leftover paper to the top and bottom.
For the next card I cut 3 more strips of paper to 12 cm in length. Two of them are approx 2.3 cm wide and the other one is 3 cm…
I stamped the sentiment and berries with Blackberry Bliss ink onto Basic White card, using Berry Blessing stamp set and coloured them with Rich Razzleberry Stampin’ Blends. Again I backed the sentiment with Blackberry Bliss card and added it to my card with Stampin’ Dimensionals and added a Basic White insert to the card.
I still have the 2 pieces of leftover paper from my second gift bag so I’ll be back to show you what I make with them soon.
