Snowflake Wishes – an introduction to Snowflake Splendour

Hello.

When I first got to see the August-December 2020 mini catalogue online I knew I just had to get my hands on the Snowflake Splendour suite of products.

Here’s a little video to show you the products I mean…

I hope you think they’re as gorgeous as I do!

Now I’ve got them I need to crack on with using them. So here’s my first card…

I made my card base with Balmy Blue card measuring 21 x 14.5cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5cm then added a piece of Misty Moonlight card measuring 10 x 14cm that I embossed with the Winter Snow embossing folder.

I added some of the super sparkly Snowflake Ribbon around the embossed layer before adding it to my card base.

I also added a layer of the designer series paper that measures 5 x 14cm. I cut 3 pieces of Whisper White card using the Layering Squares dies and then 3 of the stunning snowflakes from Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper to add to the squares.

The sentiment is from Snowflake Wishes and I used Misty Moonlight ink on Balmy Blue card and trimmed it to fit then backed it with Whisper White card also trimmed to fit. I added this over the ribbon with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

And just in case there wasn’t enough glitz and glamour on my card I added blue adhesive backed gems to the centre of the snowflakes…
