Hello.
The lovely Ian Potter set us the following sketch challenge in the Stampin’ For All Facebook Group on Monday…
And here is my latest Christmas card using this layout…
I used Whisper White Thick card for my base and covered the entire front of it with paper from the Wrapped In Plaid Speciality Designer Series Paper pack.
I used Gold Foil Sheet embossed with the Hammered Metal folder for my horizontal panel.
I stamped the sentiment from the Frosted Foliage stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink onto Whisper White card. I then stamped the snowflakes from the same stamp set with VersaMark ink, added Gold Stampin’ Emboss powder and heat set it. I added this panel to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I also used VersaMark and Gold Stampin’ Emboss powder for the sentiment on the circle. This comes from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set. I added a scalloped circle cut from Cherry Cobbler card to the back of the stamped circle and added these to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals too.
And of course I just had to add some of the Holiday Rhinestones too…
I love that the gold is on every layer and that embossing folder really packs a punch.
I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s card. Why not join the Stampin’ For All Facebook group so that you can take part in the weekly sketch and colour challenges too? It’s all good fun, in a very supportive group. Don’t be shy!
I’ve listed the products I’ve used below. You can click on any of the links to visit my online Stampin’ Up! shop.
I would be delighted to be your independent demonstrator.
