Hello everyone.
Today’s little project would be a lovely little table favour for a barbecue or picnic (when we’re all allowed to do this type of thing again!)
Isn’t this a cute way to #sharesunshine?
I used Night of Navy card measuring 3″ x 6-1/2″ for my base. On the long side score at 1-1/2″, 3″, 4-1/2″ and 6″ and on the short side score at 1-1/2″. With the long side horizontal, cut up the vertical score lines at the bottom up to the horizontal score line. Remove the bottom skinny panel and use the top skinny panel to join up your box. Fold in the flaps and glue to form the bottom of the box.
I stamped 2 of the smaller umbrellas from the Under My Umbrella stamp set with Night of Navy ink onto Daffodil Delight card and cut them with the Umbrella Builder punch. I also punched four handles from Night of Navy card.
I stamped the flowers with Night of Navy ink onto Whisper White card and coloured them with my Daffodil Delight Dark, Pumpkin Pie Light and Old Olive Light Stampin’ Blends. I then fussy cut these to add to the top of my umbrellas on each side of the box.
I put some yellow sweeties into a little cello treat bag (the size you’d use for cake pops) and tied the bag with Whisper White Baker’s Twine. I made the tag by stamping the Hello Sunshine stamp from Under My Umbrella with Daffodil Delight ink onto Whisper White card and cutting it with the Umbrella Builder punch. I punched a 1/8″ hole and threaded it onto the baker’s twine then tied a bow. My final touch was to add some Night of Navy gems from the Holiday Rhinestones pack.
I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s cute little treat and you’ll make something similar to #sharesunshine where you can.
I’ve listed the products I’ve used below and you can click on the links to visit my online Stampin’ Up! store. I would be delighted to be your independent demonstrator.
LAST MINUTE SAVING!
