Today I’m sharing another simple card where the designer series paper and the sentiment are really all you need…
How perfect is that sentiment? I’m lucky to have some fabulous friends that bring colour and beauty to my life in so many ways. I’m not sure what I’d do without them!
To coordinate with the background of this beautiful paper I chose Crumb Cake card to make my card base. I then added a panel of All My Love designer series paper. I used my Decorative Ribbon Border punch on a piece of Lovely Lipstick card the same width as my designer series paper.
I punched 3 sets of leaves using my Leaf punch with Soft Sea Foam card as this colour is also featured in the paper. To make my leaves stand out a bit I scored lines down the centre of them and gently folded them…
This perfect sentiment comes from the A Big Thank You stamp set and I used Lovely Lipstick ink onto a scrap of Whisper White card that I then cut using one of the Rectangle Stitched dies. I backed the sentiment with another piece of Soft Sea Foam card trimmed to fit and then added both to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Finally I added a little flower created with my (sold out, I’m afraid!) Bitty Blooms punch and a Share What You Love Artisan Pearl in the centre.
