When I made a couple of cards with the amazing Share What You Love speciality designer series paper the other day I couldn’t help but use more of it for a little gift bag to match one of the cards…
This perfectly fits one of the little Vaseline lip balm tins..
I used a piece of this extra thick and luxurious paper that measures 6 & 1/2 inches by 4 & 1/4 inches. Score on the long side at 1 inch, 3 & 1/4 inches, 4 & 1/4 inches and 5 & 1/4 inches. Cut up the score lines along the bottom and glue them together to form the base. Pop in your lip balm tin and then pinch the sides to close the top. Secure this with a Gold Library Clip.
I stamped the gift tag with the sentiment from Time For Tea stamp set in Mint Macaron ink onto Whisper White card and cut it with my Pretty Label Punch. I also used my 1/8th inch punch to make a hole for the Mint Macaron twine from the Nature’s Twine set.
The final touch was a few of the Share What You Love Artisan pearls on the gift tag. I hope you’ve enjoyed this quick and simple project. Again, I’ve tried to let the beautiful paper do all the talking!
