Encircled With Love birthday card – tutorial

Hello! I hope you are well. I needed to make some quick and easy birthday cards to add to my stash. You can never have too many birthday cards, can you? I also wanted to play with the new Encircled With Love stamp set that has a really lovely fun birthday sentiment. So, here’s my first Encircled With Love birthday card…

I used the Floral Delight designer series paper pack for the background, along with a thin strip of Daffodil Delight card for an extra little detail. I stamped the Encircled With Love birthday sentiment with Daffodil Delight card and cut it with a circle punch. But instead of just adding it to the card front I cut a larger circle in the card front and added the stamped circle inside the hole with dimensionals…

So when you open the card front the sentiment stays in place on the inside of the card…

I like this fun element to an otherwise very simple card. I made a second version and recorded a video to show you how easy it is…
