And I was missing the mindfulness I get from it, when it goes right! We won’t talk about how it makes me feel when I have a disaster though. Anyway, today’s crafty session was fun and resulted in this Marbled Elegance treat holder…

My last couple of videos have been for boxes and so I thought I’d ring the changes with this little bag for treats. Designer Series Paper can be very versatile for card making, scrapbooking and for decorating boxes, but I sometimes forget to use it just on its own for little gift bags like this. I even used an extra bit of the DSP for the closure on the bag, along with that fabulous gold twisted thread…

MEASUREMENTS
To make the project in today’s video you’ll need the following supplies:
- Marbled Elegance Designer Series Paper measuring 7″ x 4-1/2″
- score the long side at 2-1/2′, 3-1/4″, 5-3/4″ and 6-1/2″
- score the short side at 3/4″
- A scrap of Marbled Elegance DSP to cut with the Heartfelt Hexagon punch
- A scrap of Basic White card to stamp the sentiment and cut with the 1-3/4″ circle punch
- A scrap of Gold Foil to cut with the 2″ circle punch
- Gold twisted thread
- Embellishments
The completed bag measures 2-1/2″ x 3-3/4″ x 3/4″
