Yesterday’s project was full of colour and different techniques so I thought I’d go to the opposite end of the spectrum today with some simple stamping. It’s just card, stamps and ink and this is the result…
This is my first use of the new Pecan Pie ink and card colour, what do you think? I like it! I stamped the sentiment and foliage from Nature’s Prints stamp set straight onto a piece of Basic White card measuring 8.5 x 12.5 cm. I backed this with Pecan Pie card measuring 9 x 13 cm and put them onto my card base of Basic White Thick card (21 x 14.5 cm, scored & folded on the long side at 10.5 cm).
Still keeping it clean and simple I added a little flower with the same ink and stamp set to the inside…
I hope you like today’s simple card and this fabulous new colour too.
