Hello everyone.
Today I’m taking part in the InspireInk blog hop for September 2022, with my talented Pootlers team mates. This month the lovely Gez of Nigezza Creates set us the challenge of creating a masculine project.

The type of card I mainly use for the males in my life are birthday cards so I thought I’d add one to my stash at the same time as taking up this challenge!
I’ve used some of the 2022-2024 In Colors for this card but I reckon it would work in SO many colour combinations.
My card base is Starry Sky card measuring 29 x 10.5 cm; scored and folded at 14.5 cm. I then cut a piece of Tahitian Tide card to measure 9 x 13 cm and cut this with the Dots & Spots die before adding it to my card base at an angle. I had a couple of thin scraps of Parakeet Party card so cut them with the same die to give me some extra spots to add to my card.
I then used the awesome Celebrate With Tags bundle for the sentiment and balloons. I stamped the birthday sentiment with Starry Sky and stamped a balloon in Starry Sky, Tahitian Tide and Parakeet Party. The bundle includes a die to cut out the balloons and that lovely stitched rectangle that’s a fabulous fit for my sentiment.
The sentiment and one balloon were added with dimensionals.
I added a piece of Basic White card to the inside with some of the leftover dots from my earlier die cutting…
