Making a bright birthday card with Painted Posies 3D embossing folder

Hello!

A little while ago I showed you a birthday card I’d made by watercolouring card that has been embossed with the absolutely gorgeous Painted Posies 3D folder. If you missed it you can check it out by clicking here.

Today I want to share a much brighter and bolder version I made by colouring with some Stampin’ Blends instead…

It is so easy to achieve this effect! I recorded this video to show you how. It’s mostly speeded up so that it doesn’t take TOO long, lol. Plus you get to see why my sentiment is at a jaunty angle!!

I really do like the details you get with this embossing folder…

I used the ‘light’ versions only of Sweet Sorbet, Orchid Oasis and Parakeet Party to colour this card.

My sentiment is from the Artfully Layered stamp set and I used Orchid Oasis ink on Basic White card and backed it with Sweet Sorbet card.
