Hello, I hope you are well.
Today I’ve got 2 cards to show you. When I made the first one I had a leftover die cut that just had to be used for my second card.
Here’s the first one I made with the Sending Hugs stamp and very well named Layering Hugs dies…
There really are SO many ways you can layer up the dies in this set! For this one I used the large die to cut into a piece of Soft Succulent card that measures 12 x 8 cm and into a similar sized piece of Basic White card.
I also cut a piece of the gorgeous Evening Evergreen shimmer vellum to measure 10 x 14 cm and glued the Soft Succulent piece to it and then inserted the Basic White die cut into the aperture so you can see the shimmer vellum in the centre piece too…
These layers were added to my normal Basic White Thick card base and then I added the extra sentiments from the set and some In Color jewels to finish it off.
I used the Soft Succulent die cut from this card to make my next one…
This time I used Evening Evergreen card for my base (21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm) then added a piece of Soft Succulent card measuring 9.5 x 13.5 cm, followed by a piece of the shimmer vellum measuring 9 x 13 cm and finally the Soft Succulent die cut.
I added the little sentiment in the bottom corner and finished this one with some of the white Elegant Faceted Gems…
I really love these 2 greens together and that shimmer vellum is totally fabulous!
