The Stampin’ Up! Note Cards & Envelopes fit perfectly inside one of the Mini Paper Pumpkin boxes. This is a great way to gift a set of note cards to someone or in this case to add in some little gifts to go along with your card…
These boxes are food safe so you could also use them to gift some home baked goodies too.
To decorate my Mother’s Day gift box I decided to stick with bright and beautiful flowers to coordinate with the card. I also used up the 2″ circle of Basic White card that I’d taken from my blending template for the card.
I stamped the sentiment from the Arrange A Wreath stamp set with Bumblebee ink and used the wreath stamp from the same set to add a little detail to the edge of the circle with Magenta Madness ink.
I used the following pieces of Flowers For Every Season designer series paper to decorate my box:
- one piece measuring 5-3/8″ x 3-5/8″ for the top
- two pieces measuring 7/8″ x 5-3/8″ for the front and back
- two pieces measuring 7/8″ x 3-3/8″ for the sides
The final touch was a bow made with Magenta Madness ribbon…
