Bright and Beautiful Mother’s Day note card

Hello.

Today I want to share with you a pretty note card that I’ve transformed into a Mother’s Day card with the help of colours from the Stampin’ Up! Brights collection and the Wreath Builder dies…

Using the Basic White Note Cards & Envelopes gives you a head start on making a quick little card! You might have noticed that I’ve added some ink to the card base and to do this I used a Basic White card that I’d punched a hole in using the 2″ circle punch. I then used this on top of the card base to make sure my blended Daffodil Delight ink only went on the inside of the circle.

I’ve already used the 2″ circle I punched out for another project that I’ll share with you tomorrow – waste not want not!!

I used the 3 little dies you see in the above photo, from the Wreath Builder dies set, with Poppy Parade, Mango Melody, Flirty Flamingo, Gorgeous Grape and Granny Apple Green card. You can buy separate packs of these colours or you can buy a pack of the Brights colour collection instead. I’ll show both options in my product list below.

I addd the Gold Hoop embellishment to the card base with multipurpose glue and the arranged the flowers and leaves around it, using mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the bigger flowers, with one either side of the hoop. Many of the little flowers were simply glued onto the larger ones. To finish off the flowers I added an assortment of gems from the Holiday Rhinestones pack…

The Happy Mother’s Day sentiment was stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink and comes from the Timeless Tulips stamp set.

I hope this pretty little card has brightened your day a little.

I’ve listed all of the products I used to make this card below. When you click on a product you’ll be directed to that item in my online Stampin’ Up! store. I’d love to be your UK independent demonstrator.

Happy crafting,

Heather x
