At OnStage we received two Make & Take packs to get creative with on the Friday and Saturday and I loved making both of the cards. And here’s the one I made at OnStage, alongside my alternative version…
We were given two pieces of one design from the Artisan Sketched Garden designer series paper in this pack. I coloured the first one at OnStage with the Stampin’ Blends provided and layered it up with the black card and added a sentiment, very similar to the instructions. But when I got home and had access to my other supplies I got a bit more creative!
ABOUT MY CARD
The first thing I did was fussy cut around the flowers on the gorgeous designer series paper. Then I coloured the paper with Stampin’ Blends. This time I used Soft Sea Foam for the leaves and Lemon Lolly and Darling Duckling for the flowers. I then backed this with a piece of vellum and ripped the edge alongside the fussy cut paper. Then I did the same with some Soft Sea Foam two tone card…
I love the texture you get when you rip the two tone card and expose the white core! My sentiment is from the Greetings For All ephemera pack. Then I added some splashes of Lemon Lolly with my Stampin’ Blends and finished the card front with some metallic gems.
As I had a little bit of the Artisan Sketched Garden designer series paper left over I added a little bit to the inside of my card and the remainder to my envelope…
This was so much fun to create! Although I missed being surrounded by lots of lovely demonstrators when I played this time around.
