Gingerbread Man gift box – tutorial

Hello! I hope you are well. As you may have gathered if you’re a frequent visitor to my blog or YouTube channel, I like shopping! And when I shop, I tend to keep an eye out for little treats and gifts that I think would work well with my Stampin’ Up! supplies. Today’s Gingerbread Man gift box is a perfect example of this in action…

I created this gift box to fit a cute gift I picked up while shopping at the supermarket. Inspiration really is everywhere!

Here’s a side view, with a big thumb notch to make the box easier to open…

And then you can reveal the absolutely adorable Gingerbread Man glittery bath bomb inside…

I added the tissue paper as an extra step in the reveal process, just for fun!

MEASUREMENTS

To make the Gingerbread Man gift box in today’s video you’ll need the following supplies:

• Cajun Craze card measuring 10″ x 7″
  • score on the long side at 1″, 4-1/2″, 5-1/2″ and 9″
  • score on the short side at 1″ and 6″
• Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ DSP cut to the following sizes
  • 1 piece = 4-3/4″ x 3-1/4″
  • 2 pieces = 4-3/4″ x 3/4″
  • 2 pieces = 3-1/4″ x 3/4″
• Crumb Cake card to stamp and die cut the Gingerbread Man
• a scrap of Basic White card to die cut the bow tie
• a scrap of Cajun Craze card for the sentiment pieces
• embellishments
