Halloween treat bag – tutorial

Hello! I hope you are well. I host a weekly paper craft group in our local community centre and recently, they asked if we could make some Halloween projects. Now, I don’t have a lot of Halloween related products, so I had to give this one some thought! I grabbed some black DSP and Timid Tiger card and ribbon and made this Halloween treat bag…

When I made this and recorded today’s video the Botanical Textures designer series paper wasn’t on the Last Chance list but it is now! In fact, there’s a lot of great bargains to be had there now. If you haven’t checked it out, please do.

Here’s the side view of this simple Halloween treat bag…

The bag measures 4-1/2″ wide, 4-3/4″ tall and 1-1/4″ deep, so you can fit in lots of tasty little treats and maybe a trick too!

MEASUREMENTS

To make the Halloween treat bag in today’s video you’ll need the following supplies:

• Botanical Textures designer series paper measuring 6″ x 12″
  • score on the long side at 4-1/2″, 5-3/4″, 10-1/4″ and 11-1/2″
  • score on the short side at 1-1/4″
• Basic White card to cut with the 1-7/8″ circle punch
• Timid Tiger card to stamp and fussy cut the pumpkin
• Timid Tiger ribbon and black twine
