Darling Duckling monochrome card

Hello! I hope you are well. Today I hope the sun is shining wherever you are, but in case it’s not, this Darling Duckling monochrome card is sending sunshine your way…

ABOUT MY CARD

The 2025-2027 In Colors are great and I have been enjoying creating with some of them over the past week or so. Today is the turn of Darling Duckling.

The card is really simple but I hope you think it’s effective too. I created my card base with Basic White Thick card measuring 29 x 10.5 cm, scored & folded on the long side at 14.5 cm to create a portrait tent fold.

Then I cut a piece of Darling Duckling card to 10 x 14 cm and then some of the In Colors 6″ x 6″ DSP to measure 9.5 x 13.5 cm. Before adding this to my card base I added some of the Darling Ducking faux linen ribbon, securing the ends on the back. I layered another Darling Duckling piece of DSP that measured 3.5 x 8.5 cm with more Darling Duckling card (4 x 9 cm) and added this over the ribbon with dimensionals and added a gorgeous ribbon bow…

My sentiment is from the Greetings For All ephemera pack. This pack is chock full of awesome sentiments ready to just add to your projects – so easy!

Finally, I added a few of the In Color flat pearls to a bit of bling.
