In Saturday’s blog hop and video tutorial I showed you the box I decorated with one of the Abundant Beauty decorative masks. Today I have a card that I made with the Abundant Beauty Sunflower masks…
The Abundant Beauty masks set has 4 masks that you can use to build up these beautiful sunflowers and leaves. The pack also has 3 more fabulous masks that you can use to add stencilled decorations to your projects.
So that I could show you these masks in more detail and just how easy they are to use, I’ve recorded a video of me making a second card, with the same colours…
YOUTUBE TUTORIAL
I’d love you to click on the image above or if you prefer you can click here to pop over to YouTube and check out how easy these Abundant Beauty Sunflower masks are to use. If you enjoy watching my video, I’d love you to give it a thumbs up and leave me a wee comment too. If you haven’t already subscribed to my channel, make sure you do so when you’re there; so you don’t miss out on future videos.
I also give you a quick flick through of the new mini catalogue in this video, so please check it out.
Here’s the Abundant Beauty Sunflower card I made in the video, along with the original…
I think it definitely looks better with the sunflowers higher up on the card because you see more of them!
My sentiment is from the awesome Go To Greetings stamp set and I used Pecan Pie ink.
MEASUREMENTS
To make the fun fold card in the video you’ll need the following supplies:
- Very Vanilla Thick card measuring 29 x 10.5 cm
- scored and folded on the long side at 14.5 cm
- Old Olive card measuring 10 x 14 cm
- Very Vanilla card for creating the top layer. This is trimmed down to 9.5 x 13.5 after using the masks to create the sunflowers and leaves
- Crushed Curry and Very Vanilla card scraps for the sentiment pieces
- Twine and sequins
I hope you like today’s Abundant Beauty Sunflower cards and will give it a go.
