Hello, I hope you are well.
Yesterday I took part in the InspireInk Blog Hop with some of my Pootles teammates. Our theme was Birthdays and I made this gift box for a birthday themed hot chocolate pack…

As promised in yesterday’s blog hop, I’ve now got a video tutorial for this project and I’d love you to check it out by clicking on the image below…
Or you can watch the video by CLICKING HERE
Here’s the one I made in my video
To make the version I created in the video you’ll need the following supplies:
- Berry Burst card measuring 8-1/4″ x 10″
- score on the long side at 3/4″, 4-3/4″, 5-1/2″ and 9-1/2″
- score on the short side at 3/4″
- Berry Burst card measuring 1-1/8″ x 6-1/4″ for the closure band
- Basic White card for stamping, trimmed down to 7-1/4″ x 3-3/4″
- Berry Burst, Flirty Flamingo, Gorgeous Grape and Basic White scraps to die cut the balloon, stars etc
The finished gift box measures 7-1/2″ x 4″ x 3/4″
The colours I used for my original version were Balmy Blue, Sweet Sorbet and Orchid Oasis.
Here’s both versions together, I definitely prefer the balloons and stars further down the package…
I really hope that you’ve enjoyed today’s fun project and that you’ll give it a try.
