Hello everyone.
Yesterday I took part in The Project Share Project blog with my friends Gez, Jill & Verity. We each made projects with some Sale-A-Bration products. If you missed the blog hop then please CLICK HERE to take a look.
This is the gift box I shared yesterday using the Favored Flowers designer series paper…
And here’s the side view…
And as promised in my post yesterday, I’ve got a YouTube video to show you this project in more detail and how to make this one and a smaller version. You can simply click on the image below to watch it…
Or you can CLICK HERE to pop over and watch it on YouTube
To make the larger version I shared yesterday you’ll need the following:
- Favoured Flowers DSP measuring 6″ x 12″
- score on the long side at 6″
- make a pencil mark at 3″ on both short sides
- add in diagonal score lines with a ruler and bone folder between the pencil marks and the middle score line – as shown in the video
- Flowers fussy cut from the Favoured Flowers DSP
- Fresh Freesia card to stamp and die cut
- Basic Black card to die cut
- twine and ribbon
- embellishments
Here’s the smaller version I made in the video…
To make the smaller version you’ll need the following:
- Favoured Flowers DSP measuring 3″ x 6″
- score on the long side at 3″
- make a pencil mark at 1-1/2″ on both short sides
- add in diagonal score lines with a ruler and bone folder between the pencil marks and the middle score line – as shown in the video

Here’s a comparison between the 2 sizes…
I really do hope you’ve enjoyed this fun gift package and will give it a try too.
Shop The Products
I’ve listed the products I used in today’s video tutorial below. You can click on any of the links to be directed to that item in my online Stampin’ Up! store. The Favoured Flowers designer series paper is only available, for free, with a qualifying spending during Sale-A-Bration; ending on 28 February 2023.
When you shop with me I will send you a handmade card and little gift. If your order is under £150 please use the current Host Code when you shop, so that I can add an extra gift to your customer thank you pack for the month. See the Host Code page in the main menu for more details. When your order is £150 or more you’ll get your own Stampin’ Rewards to spend, so don’t use my code then.
Happy crafting,
