Loveliest Layers & Framed Occasions

Hello1

I’m still playing around with some of the new Stampin’ Up! products that will be available in my online store from 5 January 2023 – not long to wait!

This time its the Loveliest Layers decorative masks that grabbed my attention to create the background for this card…

This set of 5 decorative masks looks like it’s going to be a whole lot of fun. 4 of the masks can be layered together to create a beautiful flower and leaves arrangement but I used the other 1 from the set with Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather inks to make this lined pattern – it looks impressive but it’s super easy thanks for my blending brushes.

I trimmed the inked up panel down to 13 x 9 cm and added some frayed ribbon to it before backing it with a piece of Gorgeous Grape card measuring 14 x 10 cm and adding it to my usual sized card base (21 x 14.5 cm, score & folded on the long side at 10.5 cm)

My sentiment is from Framed Occasions and I used Gorgeous Grape ink. I also stamped the circle of dots around the sentiment, using Highland Heather ink. I cut this with one of the Beautiful Shapes die and then used another one to cut the circle of vellum.

I glued the stamped circle to the vellum and then added the vellum over the ribbon with mini dimensionals. I love the embossed detail the die gives to this circle…

My final touch was to add some iridescent pearls.
