I’m continuing with my series of ‘back to basics’ cards on a Sunday with this #simplestamping card using the Oceanfront stamp set…
I have simply stamped straight onto my Basic White Thick card base using the Oceanfront stamps to build up this little scene. I stamped the sky with Coastal Cabana, the sea with Tahitian Tide, the sand and shrubs with Sahara Sand and the rocks with Soft Suede.
The Oceanfront stamp set doesn’t include any sentiments so I selected on from the Beauty Of Friendship stamp set. Again I used Tahitian Tide ink.
The Oceanfront set is great for beginner stampers as it doesn’t really matter if you line the stamps up closely or ink them evenly as there’s so much texture in the stamps already that you’d never notice.
I hope you’ll consider inking up a stamp set for some #simplestamping today too.
