How to make a stack of 3 rectangle gift boxes with Daffodil Afternoon DSP

Hello, I hope you are well.

We are in the final days of Sale-A-Bration so I wanted to take the opportunity to remind you of two of the FREE products you can earn with a qualifying spend in my online shop up to 11pm (UK time) on 28 February 2022. The first is the Sunshine & Rainbows designer series paper pack. I used this paper in our latest face to face paper craft class to make this stack of square gift boxes designed by my friend and Stampin’ Up! Team Leader Valerie Broomfield…

This was such a fun project that I wanted to make another version. So I reworked the sizes to make this stack of rectangle boxes with the second Sale-A-Bration freebie; the Daffodil Afternoon designer series paper pack…

I recorded a video tutorial of me making these boxes. I’d love you to check it out by clicking on the image below…

The dimensions for my boxes are as follows:

  • Basic Black card for the bases measuring-
    • 8″ x 9″
    • 7″ x 8″
    • 6″ x 7″
    • each scored at 2″ on all four sides
  • Daffodil Afternoon designer series paper for the lids measuring –
    • 6-1/16″ x 7-1/16″
    • 5-1/16″ x 6-1/16″
    • 4-1/16″ x 5-1/16″
    • each scored at 1″ on all four sides
  • Daffodil Afternoon DSP for the tag = 1-7/8″ x 3-1/2″
  • Basic White card for the tag = 1-7/8″ x 3-1/2″

You’ll also need ribbon and twine to complete your stack of boxes.

Here’s another view of the boxes I made in the video…

I think these will be excellent for Easter gifts, you’d get a lot of chocolates in them! Lol.
