Hello, I hope you have had a lovely Christmas and are now relaxing after the frenzy!
I’ve chilled out by making boxes for some really pretty pens I picked up on sale recently – I love a bargain, lol. I used it as an excuse to break out one of the FREE packs of paper that will be available in Sale-A-Bration from 4 January to 28 February 2022. The pack is called Sunshine & Rainbows are will work wonderfully with the Rainbow Of Happiness bundle from the next mini catalogue that launches on 4 January 2022 too.
Here’s my box…
You pull on the ribbon at the end and the pen tray is revealed…
I’ve got a video to show you this bright and fun paper pack and how to make this easy pen box, to watch it just click on the image below…
To make the box in my video you’ll need:
- Magenta Madness card measuring 3″ x 7-7/8″
- scored at 1″ on all 4 sides
- Sunshine & Rainbows designer series paper measuring 6″ x 4-1/2″
- score on the short side at 3/4″ and then wrap around the box as shown in the video
- A scrap of Basic White card for stamping you sentiment
- Double Oval punch
- Ribbon and a brad
- Magenta Madness card measuring 7/8″ x 7/8″ to cover the ribbon and brad

I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s project. This would work with any pen that’s up to 5-7/8″ in length and 7/8″ in diameter.
