Creative Colour Challenges 15 featuring Stitched Triangle Dies

Hello, I hope you are well.

Life is just so busy at this time of year that I’ve not been able to get into my craft room as often as I’d like! So I missed doing Vickie Lou Design’s Creative Colour Challenge last week and couldn’t wait to try this week’s colour selection…

Please CLICK HERE to see the fabulous card Victoria has created with these colours and hopefully you will join in the fun too.

I pulled out my Stitched Rectangle Dies and my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine along with card in the 3 colours in this week’s challenge. This card was the final result…

I used the 4 smallest equilateral triangle dies on scraps of each colour of card and then arranged them onto a piece of Basic White card measuring 9 x 13 cm. I backed this with Pear Pizzazz card measuring 9.5 x 13.5 cm and added it to my usual card base (21 x 14.5 cm, scored & folded on the long side at 10.5cm)

I stamped my sentiment from the In Bloom stamp set, masking off the “you really are the best’ section, inked it up with Balmy Blue and stamped onto Basic White card, trimmed to fit. I back this with some Rich Razzleberry card and trimmed that to fit too. I added this to my card with dimensionals.

My finishing touch was to colour 3 rhinestones with my Balmy Blue dark Stampin’ Blends marker before adding them to my card…

I absolutely love the stitching detail on these dies and they are very versatile!

What will you make with these 3 colours?
