The Project Share Blog Hop – November 2021 – Tic Tac Toe

Hello everyone.

It’s the first Saturday of the Month so it’s time to get together with my Stampin’ friends Verity of Inky Butterfly, Gez of Nigezza Creates and Jill of Paper Daisy Crafting for our Project Share Blog Hop. We share each others projects every Thursday but on the first Saturday of the month we each make a brand new project for the Project Share Blog Hop. Our theme for this months is this Tic Tac Toe board…

Once you’ve seen my project please click on the next button below to hop over to see the next awesome thank you project created by these talented ladies.

In case you’re not familiar with this type of challenge we each pick 3 items in a row to incorporate in our projects; either horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

I chose the first vertical column; to use Embossing, DSP and Foil/Glimmer for my 3 elements and created this fun fold card…

There’s plenty of foil in the Simply Elegant speciality designer series paper and my sentiment is heat embossed in gold…

I’ve made this video to show how to make this fun fold card. To watch the video please click on the image below…

Here’s the card I made in the video…

Now please click on the next button to see what Jill has created to share with us…

Here’s the full list of blogs in this hop:

The dimensions for my card are as follows:

  • Basic White Thick card measuring 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ for the back of the card
  • Basic White card measuring 4-1/4″ x 11″ for the fun fold section
    • score on the long side at 2″, 3-3/4″, 7-1/4″ and 9″
  • Simply Elegant designer series paper
    • two pieces measuring 4-1/4″ x 2″ for the front panels on the fun fold part
    • two pieces measuring 4-1/4″ x 1-1/4″ for the side panels on the back of the card

The sentiment is stamped on a piece measuring 2-7/8″ x 2-7/8″ and is backed with a piece of DSP measuring 3″ x 3″ and then Basic White card measuring 3-1/8″ x 3-1/8″. The stamping is a tight fit vertically so you may want to adjust your sizing to make your life easier than mine was in the video! lol.
