Stitched Leaves Autumnal Blends & Alcohol card – with video tutorial

Hello, everyone.

There has been a recent trend of people playing with Stampin’ Blends & isopropyl alcohol on vellum to get some really amazing results. I’ve decided to jump on the bandwagon and make an autumnal feeling card and adding some stitching into the mix. Here’s the first card I made…

Isn’t the effect of the alcohol mixing with the Stampin’ Blends just awesome?! I used Shaded Spruce, Pumpkin Pie , Calypso Coral and Soft Suede pens for this first card. If you look closely you’ll see that I used the Stitched Greenery die to add in a bit more interest to the vellum…

I then swapped out the Calypso Coral for Cherry Cobbler to make a second card that you can see by clicking on the following image…

Here’s the card I made in the video alongside my original one. Which one do you like best? Let me know in the comments.

I can’t believe I waited so long to try this technique; it’s so much fun and you never know what the result will look like.
