Hello.
Today’s card features another one of the FREE Sale-A-Bration products you can earn with a qualifying order in my online shop up to 30 September 2021. This time I’ve used the Be Dazzling speciality paper. You can get this for free when you spend £45 or more in my store during the current Sale-A-Bration period; while stocks last.
As this is such a stunning and truly Dazzling paper pack I chose to combine it with quite a bit of white space so it’s not too overwhelming…
It catches the light like a glitter ball but thankfully doesn’t shed any glitter! lol
My card base is Basic White Thick card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, scored & folded on the long side at 10.5 cm. My Be Dazzling layer is 10 x 14 cm and then my Basic White layer on top is 9.5 x 13.5 cm.
I added a couple of 2 cm wide strips of Tidings Of Christmas designer series paper that I had left over from previous projects – I love a pretty way to use up scraps. I also added another strip of Be Dazzling. I cut one end of each strip with my Banners Pick A Punch.
The sentiment is from Holly Jolly Wishes and I stamped it with Evening Evergreen ink to tie in with the first strip of DSP. I cut this with a die from the Seasonal Labels set. The holly leaves are Evening Evergreen Shimmer Vellum cut with a die from the same set. The berries are also cut with the same die set and this time I coloured a scrap of Be Dazzling with my Cherry Cobbler Dark Stampin’ Blend…
This card is great for a thrifty crafter as it uses up some scraps of paper and some FREE speciality paper – what’s not to like about that?
