Hello.
I’ve seen many really pretty curtain or drapery fold cards over the years but until now I’d never made one. They really are much more simple than they look! The tutorials I found were all in inches but I prefer to use metric measurements when making cards to I came up with my own version. Here’s the first one I made…
This Simply Elegant designer series paper is very aptly named, all that beautiful foiling really is elegant! This photo may give you a better appreciation of it’s shine…
I’d love you to watch my video on how to create this type of card, just click on the image below…
To make the card I share in the video you’ll need the following supplies:
- Basic Gray card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, score and fold on the long side at 10.5 cm
- Basic White card measuring 10 x 14 cm for the inside
- Simply Elegant designer series paper measuring 10 x 30.5 cm
- Simply Elegant trim and rhinestones to decorate
- Versamark ink and Black Stampin’ Emboss powder
Here’s the finished card from the video…
I absolutely love the shine you get with the heat embossed sentiment…
I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s tutorial. I’d really love you to give me a like and subscribe over on YouTube if you can.
