Hello.
I am absolutely delighted to tell you that I won the last Inspire.Create.Challenge with this card…
If you missed my blog and video for this card you can check it out by clicking here
The new Inspire.Create.Challenge is to use these colours…
You can see what fabulous inspiration the design team have created by CLICKING HERE each of their cards are gorgeous as always!
These beautiful bright colours immediately suggested summer flowers to me so I grabbed my In Bloom stamps and Pierced Blooms dies to create this card…
Now it might look like I’ve got extra colours in my background but that’s just the effect you get when you stamp one on top of another. I especially love the Magenta Madness on top of Bermuda Bay, it’s a lovely purple! I also stamped Mango Melody on top of Magenta Madness and Magenta Madness on top of Mango Melody (try saying that sentence quickly, lol!)
My card base is Bermuda Bay card measuring 10.5 x 29 cm, scored and folded at 14.5 cm. My stamped layer for the front and my insert are both Basic White card measuring 10 x 14 cm. I stamped the sentiment with Bermuda Bay ink onto a scrap of Basic White and trimmed it to fit.
I cut flowers and leaves using the Pierced Blooms dies with each of the colours of card and arranged them around my sentiment…
I’m pretty sure this would brighten your birthday if you received it in the mail, wouldn’t it?
Why not see what you can create with this bright and beautiful combination of colours and join in the challenge?
The stamps and dies I’ve used for today’s card can be purchased separately but if you buy them as a bundle you’ll save 10% so I’ve shown both options in my product list below.
You can click on any product to be directed to that item in my online Stampin’ Up! shop. I’d love to be your demonstrator. When you shop with me you will receive a handmade card and gift as a token of my appreciation. If your order is under £150 please use the current Host Code when you shop so that I can add an extra gift to your customer thank you pack for the month.
