Today’s card features another stamp set that’s on the Last Chance list, the lovely Strong & Beautiful. This set is full of fabulous sentiments for the strong and beautiful women in your life. Quite a few of the sentiments are gender neutral so that the set is even more versatile.
The even better news is that the price has been slashed from £23 to just £9.20 – while stocks last!
I’ve used this stamp set along with the Story Label punch, Flowers For Every Season designer series paper pack and some ribbons that are also retiring soon…
My card base is Bumblebee card measuring 10.5 x 29 cm, scored and folded at 14.5 cm. I cut 2 pieces of Basic White card to measure 9.5 x 13.5 cm; one for the front and the other for the insert. My designer series paper layer measures 9.5 x 12.5 cm.
I stamped the sentiment with Bumblebee ink and cut it with the Story Label Punch. I used the same punch on Just Jade card, cut it in half lengthwise and added it to the back of the stamped one so just a little edge shows. I added this to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I tied the Just Jade and Bumblebee ribbons together in a bow and added them, along with a piece of Polka Dot Tulle ribbon, to the card with mini glue dots.
I stamped another sentiment on the insert with Just Jade ink and added 1 cm wide pieces of the designer series paper to the top and bottom too…
The Story Label punch has also been reduced in price from £17 to only £6.80 – again, while stocks last!
