Hello everyone.
I love the bold and bright patterns in the Artistry Blooms designer series paper from Stampin’ Up! and so I really wanted to showcase one of them with this card…
I love the colours, the shading and the crackled effect of this paper so I decided that it’s all I’d use for my card, other than the base and a space inside to write your message.
My card base is Melon Mambo card measuring 29 x 10.5 cm, scored and folded at 14.5 cm. I added a piece of the Artistry Blooms paper that measures 10x 14 cm to the front. I also took inspiration from Kylie Bertucci and used 2 other pieces with the same measurements for the inside…
I added a piece of Whisper White that measured 7.5 x 10.5 cm to the inside too.
I used the Daisy Punch and Medium Daisy Punch on the same paper to create my layered flower. I stamped the Best Wishes from the Art Gallery stamp set with Versamark onto another piece of the Artistry Blooms paper that measures 10 x 1.2 cm, added White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it…
The final touch was to add a Purple Posy resin dot to the centre of the flower.
