Hello everyone.
I loved the Snowman Season stamp set and the Snowman Builder punch when they were released last year and was delighted to see them carry over into the 2020 Annual Catalogue (see page 63). I’ve combined the stamp set with new designer series paper from the August to December 2020 mini catalogue to create today’s card…
I love the joy on this guy’s face! Don’t you? And it seemed right to give him a Snowflake Splendour background.
My card base is Misty Moonlight card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm. I cut 2 pieces of Whisper White card to each measure 10 x 14 cm and added one to the card front and the other inside. My Snowflake Splendour designer series paper was cut to 8.5 x 13.5 cm.
I stamped the snowman with Stazon ink onto Whisper White card and then coloured his scarf and hat with a Real Red watercolor pencil, his nose with a Pumpkin Pie one and the sky around him with Balmy Blue. I used a blender pen too. I cut my coloured image out with a Stitched So Sweetly die, added some Wink Of Stella then added it to my card base…
I stamped the sentiment with Misty Moonlight ink onto Whisper White card and trimmed it to fit.
I added some of the light and dark blue gems from the Holiday rhinestones pack for a bit more sparkle.
I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s card and are as happy for Snowman Season 2 as I am! Lol.
