Hello everyone.
Today I’m taking part in the InspireInk blog hop with my talented teammates. This month we’ve been tasked with using our new favourite products – what a challenge as there are so many to choose from!
Once you’ve read about my project please make sure you click on the blue box to visit all of the other blogs taking part. You’ll get tons of inspiration for using the new products from the Annual Catalogue.
Eventually, I decided that I’d use products from the Forever Greenery suite, along with some of the 2020-2022 In Colors and created this card..
Here’s a closer look at the card…
I made my card base from Bumblebee card measuring 29 x 10.5 cm, scored and folded at 14.5 cm. I cut a piece of Cinnamon Cider card to measure 10 x 14 cm and a piece of Vellum to measure 8 x 16 cm and embossed that with one of the Greenery embossing folders. I attached the vellum to the card layer by wrapping it over the top and bottom and glueing in place.
I stamped with the Forever Fern stamps using Bumblebee, Just Jade and Cinnamon Cider inks onto Whisper White card and cut my images with the Forever Flourishing dies. I stamped the sentiment from the same set with Cinnamon Cider onto Whisper White card and cut it with one of the Layering Circles dies. I cut a larger circle from Bumblebee card and glued this to the back of the stamped circle.
I added some of the stamped foliage to the vellum then added a Gold Hoop with the circles inside, popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a couple of pieces from the Forever Gold Laser-cut speciality paper, more of my stamped foliage and a bow made from the gold trim that comes in the Forever Greenery Trim combo pack. The last touch for the card front was to add 3 Gilded Gems.
I cut another piece of Whisper White card to measure 10 x 14 cm and stamped along one side before adding it to the inside of my card base. I also stamped the flap and the bottom left corner of the envelope…
Now it’s time to find out what everyone else has created to inspire you. Please click on the blue box below…
I hope you’ve enjoyed my card. I’ve listed the products I’ve used below and you can click on any of the links to visit my online Stampin’ Up! store.
