Hello everyone.
Today I’ve used a “Host” stamp set for the main image of my card…
The Soft Spring stamp set can’t be purchased as such; and you can only get it by redeeming host Stampin’ rewards. These are available on orders over £150 and you can find out more by clicking here.
It’s such a pretty stamp set. I stamped the image with Stazon ink onto Whisper White and coloured it with Highland Heather, Mint Macaron and Crumb Cake inks and Aqua Painters. I coloured the wings of the dragonfly with Seaside Spray ink and then added some Wink of Stella for a bit of shimmer.
I then cut my stamped image with a die from the Stitched Nested Labels set. I backed this with a larger label cut from Mint Macaron card.
My card base is also Mint Macaron card and this measures 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm.
I cut 2 pieces of Whisper White card to each measure 9.5 x 13.5 cm, one for the front and one for the inside of the card. I stamped one with the Crackle Paint stamp and Crumb Cake ink. Before adding this to the front I added some Mint Macaron ribbon to it and tied it in a bow. I added my nested labels on top of the ribbon.
My sentiment is from the Botanical Bliss stamp set. I used Mint Macaron ink onto Whisper White card and cut it with another Stitched Nested Label die. I popped this onto the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I then stamped the second piece of Whisper White card for the inside. I used Mint Macaron and Highland Heather inks for the foliage and again used Seaside Spray for the dragonfly…
I hope you’ve enjoyed this pretty card. I have listed the products I used below and you can click on any of the links to start your online Stampin’ Up! shopping.
Please let me know if you have any questions as I’d love to help.
Happy crafting,
