Little Ladybug Thank You card

Hello everyone.

Eek! It’s the second last day of Sale-A-Bration 2020. Where has the time gone?

As promised in yesterday’s post I have another card for you using the Little Ladybug stamp set. This has to have been the cutest stamp set available during Sale-A-Bration this year. However, this one can only be earned with an order of £275 or more, which would typically be done by hosting a workshop with friends.

Here’s my really simple but hopefully effective card…

All of the stamps used in today’s card come from the Little Ladybug stamp set.

I created my card by stamping the flower and the ladybird with Memento ink onto Whisper White card. I coloured this with the Stampin’ Blends shown in my product list below. I then cut this with the largest square die from the Stitched Shapes set.

I backed this with a piece of Real Red card measuring 2-3/4″ x 2- 3/4″ which gives a nice little border.

I cut a piece of Whisper White card to measure 8.5 x 12.5 cm and stamped the sentiments with Real Red ink. I backed this with a piece of Basic Black card measuring 9 x 13 cm and then added it to my card base. The card base is made from Whisper White Thick card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm.
