Celebrating Sale-A-Bration

Hello, I hope you are well.

As a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, my favourite time of year is Sale-A-Bration, but it’s nearing the end! Well, who wouldn’t like free products? Certainly not this crafty Scot, lol.

Before this awesome deal ends on 31 March 2020, I want to show you a few more projects using some of the free products I’ve earned over the past few months. First up is this celebration card…

This card uses the free Happy Birthday To You stamp set and the free Flowering Foils speciality designer series paper (DSP). Each of these are free with a qualifying spend of £45 before 31 March 2020.

I made a card base from Whisper White Thick card that measures 10.5 x 29 cm, scored and folded at 14.5 cm. I then added a piece of the super shiny Flowering Foils DSP that measures 10 x 14 cm.

I stamped the cake from the Happy Birthday To You stamp set with Versamark ink onto Whisper White card, added Silver Stampin’ Emboss powder and heat set it. I used Stampin’ Blends to colour it and added a little Wink Of Stella to the cake stand for that extra bit of shimmer. I then cut it with a Stitched Rectangle die.

I stamped the ‘celebrate’ sentiment from the same stamp set with Flirty Flamingo ink onto a piece of Whisper White card and cut that with another Stitched Rectangle die.

To assemble, I added the large rectangle to the DSP and then wrapped some Whisper White crinkle seam ribbon and tied it in a bow on the front. I then added this panel to the card base. I added the smaller rectangle with Stampin’ Dimensionals, overlapping the ribbon and the larger rectangle.

I like all the shine from the DSP and the heat embossing, along with the stitched edges. I hope you do too.

I have listed the products I used for today’s card below. Remember, the stamp set and DSP can’t be bought, you must earn them with qualifying orders. If you have any questions about this please just let me know. I’d love to help.

Happy crafting,

Heather x
