Stampin’ For All sketch challenge – Friend-a-saurus

Hello.

I have been busy making things for my craft fair next week and had been using some of the bright and fun Dinoroar designer series paper but had a few off-cuts left. As I don’t like to waste any of my lovely Stampin’ Up! products, I chose to use up some by making cards for this week’s sketch challenge in the Stampin’ For All Facebook Group…

So here’s the first fun card I made with the scraps of paper…

I used Pineapple Punch card for my base which I stamped with Pineapple Punch ink and the little spots stamp from the Dino Days stamp set. I added the panel of Dinoroar designer series paper as suggested by the sketch layout along with a thin strip of more Pineapple Punch in the middle.

I stamped the sentiment onto a square of Whisper White card using Pretty Peacock ink and then partially stamped 3 of the dinosaurs with Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape and Poppy Parade inks. The pterodactyl was stamped fully with Pretty Peacock ink onto Whisper White card, cut out and added to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

This is such a bright fun card that would appeal to dinosaur enthusiasts of any age.

I’ll be back tomorrow with another card using the same designer series paper pack and layout but with a different sentiment that looks very different.
